The lower-abdominal stuff has mercifully eased... and my cold is just a sniffle now. *Much* better than Thursday...

funny...my lower abdominal stuff is gone, too. But I am pretty darn sure that mine had a different cause. Unless you're doing a really, really good job of hiding something.
