The expression on his face, plus what his left hand is doing in his pocket... Not to mention the guy at the end of the table, with the "why did my agent sign me up for *this*?" expression...
Well, the guy at the end of the table was the one I noticed right off--definitely not having a good time. Didn't notice red-shirt guy's hand in pocket until you mentioned it above. He seems to be trying to look like he's a having a good time though. Only one who seems to actually maybe look comfortable with the situation is the dude who at first glance I thought was serving himself some food--but on a second look I'm not sure what he's doing--checking his watch maybe?
