I like the idea that you went to bed feeling relieved. I'll send warmest wishes for as much of the rest of the meme coming true as possible (I am not sure that having Dawn fly to DC for the purpose of getting pissed off at you is the best possible use of frequent flier miles).
Given that she's a compersive voyeur, it isn't the usual set of reasons.
I'm more imagining things like being rushed from here to there, getting lost, having someone not communicate with her clearly, and a resulting very-delayed-dinner.
But even so, I'm still wanting to tweak the reality so that that 14% chance of it not coming true is because it becomes something more like "Dawn arrives with bowls full of whipped cream and strawberries, and the neighbors are pissed off by the sounds emanating from the apartment"
