jayOff to my annual physical... it was supposed to be in July, around my birthday, but with travel to the Arctic and Spain the only appointment I could get was between Christmas and New Year's Day. So, I'm going to work today. In a cranky mood, generally... it has been a stressful week. Or as someone remarked to me yesterday, "it seems like you are having lots of emotional issues with your sweeties, or at least the ones who are local." True enough, and I'm sure my blood pressure this morning will reflect that (wry grin).
At least I'll get my now-overdue FAA flight physical done...
[Update: yes, the BP was elevated... 138/98 at first, calming down to a more-typical 128/90 later. Otherwise... EKG was healthy, vision fine, hearing improved (?), lung capacity average, lung *force* far above average, and I've lost three pounds since last time. ]
