HR + "seek opportunities" + "Transition Assistance
Classes" sounds an awful lot like "Learn how to find a new job."

(nods) lots of people who have been working in "traditional" aeronautics disciplines -- aerodynamics, structures, aircraft propulsion systems -- will need to find new career niches soon, as under the current administration the funding for R&D in those areas has been greatly reduced. Wind tunnels are being closed, and even the folks doing supercomputer-based Navier-Stokes flow modelling are being cut back. This is in order to use those funds toward the new human lunar exploration program, since overall NASA is seeing little real budget increase.
