Skating party reminder!

This weekend... Sunday from 5:30-7:30pm. Those who RSVPed by last Sunday get in free (check in at the desk, and tell them how many are skating vs. watching in your group), but any late-deciders are still welcome to pay the $7 admission and join us. We'll have a marked area with tables with cider and cocoa and Pat's brownies. Other edible delights are welcomed :)

Skating is in a outdoor rink that is half-covered, half open, and weather Sunday afternoon is expected to be cool and misty or with drizzle at times, so wear something warm.

Location: the Winter Lodge in Palo Alto, take the Oregon Expressway exit off of 101 and turn south on Middlefield... directions and pictures are at http://www.winterlodge.com .

It is unclear whether we'll be able to make this. I don't know what/if I told you before, but I wanted to keep you up to date. It will depend heavily on whether we go to the COL Board Retreat that day (9-5pm in Marin; Allegra will need to be elsewhere, so trying to coordinate could be seriously challenging), and that depends in part on our meeting with JayW tomorrow evening. I'll try to let you know how the dominoes fall. Let me know if you already bought us tix (I don't THINK I said a firm yes, but...), so I know whether I MUST let you know one way or the other.

I sprained part of my foot while walking eisa's dog. So I doubt I can actually skate. I'd be happy to watch if anyone has a good idea on how to get me there from SF.
