backwards, blade-first
Tonight in my skating lesson I learned two new maneuvers, as well as how to be more graceful ;). The former... I learned how to do a "choctaw", going from a forward inside edge to a backward outside edge. And how to do a backwards arabesque or spiral... gliding parallel to the ice, leg and torso extended, in this case blade-first.
Otherwise... David had a successful audition for a boy's choir (Ragazzi, suggested by![[profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
coyote3502 back in November). It is expensive, and he's a bit old to start (only 2 years before his voice changes) but he loves to sing...
And work has been intense.
