For anyone planning to join us at the bowling alley this afternoon... we're going ahead with it, but David is sniffly and I'm advising the other kids to maintain their distance...

Getting a cold may be inconvenient, but its all good practice for juvenile immune systems. Better to have them fighting relatively benign viruses than to be reacting to nut protiens and triggering allergies.

But then I'm not a parent...
