I have a headache, sore throat, coughing fits and a low grade fever, so I figured that wasn't bad enough not to come into work today... I have a meeting right now with GB and Pascal, settling this summer's budgets and field deployment arrangements with Polar Shelf. If I don't space out from the cough syrup... (wry grin). Later lunch with SD and another meeting with Pascal, who is only here today for the next 6 weeks. But I'd advise my co-workers to otherwise stay clear of me today...

My boss has it pretty severely...which is bad in some ways, but also means I'm not going to avoid you, since you're a much more pleasant source of contagion.

I think sore throat and fever are more than enough reason to stay home, not least to avoid passing whatever you've got along to anyone else. You should be trying to get some rest. </mama hen>
