2.5 hours sleep, but I'm packed and ready to go... yesterday was harried. I had to invent a new way to attempt to get two NASA-JSC flight surgeons to Devon from Houston, using invitational foreign travel orders. And my own orders were messed up and had to be redone and I didn't get my tickets until after 4pm.

Then... there was the renegotiation over the MARTE deployment in Spain in August. And telecons with the lunar regolith drill prototype (CRUX) and the Mars Technology Program. And hopeforyou in my office at 7:15pm with a dead car and no idea what to do next...

At least I made it out eventually, went bowling with the kids and Pat and then coffee with Pat. I'll really miss them.

Now... off to the airport and thence to Edmonton today and onward.

I got several new ones in June. [Unknown site tag] pointed me to a collection of snail icons. That one is one that I think looks intrepid, so I use it in situations that seem to indicate that someone is moving forward despite obstacles.
