jayI have photos, and was going to post something longer, but I'm grumpy for various reasons with most of my folks over here, a bit tired and it is nearly 2am. Going to bed instead. Feh.
I am *this* fed up with simultaneously being expected to caretake at the same time as having my judgement or directions second-guessed. Attempting to be polite, considerate, and positive does not make me a pushover, or a nanny, and while the lines may be padded and pleasantly painted, they are firm underneath. Everyone here on my team *is* here because I valued their skills and potential contributions enough to invite them to participate.
