jayMy mom is back home in Georgia... my grandmother is a tough old lady. Out of the hospital, and staying with one of my aunts there, despite the broken ribs and other ailments. She could still go any day... at 96... but the immediate crisis seems to have subsided. But she can't come out and watch the kids, so patgreene can't come to Spain :(.
Some things I've liked this week... dinners in Nerva town square last night, and in Sevilla Tuesday night, withtenacious_snail. Getting my IAC paper written and Japanese reservations made. Chatting with patgreene, and talking to my sister Vicky. My Tuesday night phone date with geekchick, even if I had to do it after 2am local time. Watching sudden flashes of insight on Les's face...
Drill has stopped, time to go process cores...
