I needed another reason to procrastinate... working this weekend on a research proposal that's due out Tuesday. Last night's dinner with tenacious_snail was lovely... took her finally to Vaso Azzurro ("blue vase"), where I've now taken every current/past sweetie at least once. Once I took three different people in eight days' time, and got the same waiter...

Anyway, I have enjoyed patgreene's brightness and interactions and cuddliness this weekend... she was discussing legal portayals in the media with James and A. last night when Les and I arrived back at my house. Les gave A. a lift home... slightly strange coordinating one's dates with those of one's offspring.

Today... church, IM conversation with Les about past history, proposal. Conversation with Nancy. I miss geekchick, who seems to be MIA lately online... back to work. Must make this convincing, not merely adequate.
