So far, a dropped laptop and lost paperwork... and no N. in MSP. Not a great start to this trip... (grumpy).

[update... the laptop cooled off, reset internally and now works again. Whew. And I have instructions on where to go at 10:30am tomorrow, even without the paperwork]

At least the laptop is back... initially at 5am, a blank screen. Then single-user-mode at SFO. Here in Minneapolis airport, the disk has decided that it wants to live (well, probably thermal disentanglement of the crashed heads), I've hurriedly made backups just in case. But an improvement... things should get better. I even talked with Nancy, before her doctor's appt.
