May as well shelve the mission operations plan and floor layouts... no use now. Maybe in a different proposal, later.

I intended to take the day off to have fun with the kids... and did so, although I wasn't in the mood. Had a stressful IM discussion with someone... and then the proposal news arrived in mid-processing. Was rebuffed later after asking

patgreene a question. Took D&K to Milpitas for blacklight minigolf... it was okay. Bought them ice cream afterwards at Cold Stone, did not get any myself because my weight was up this morning.

dawnd got food poisoning yesterday and had to scratch going to ECD with me on Saturday... and I received a budget spreadsheet at 4pm Friday from division management showing a nominal $130K group deficit "to be addressed immediately". Yeah, right... it's screwed-up, looking at it. Fun. We're probably okay, in reality.

I'm not in the mood to socialize much, either, but will probably go to Wine and Song tonight, anyway. I could drown my sorrows and go be angsty in a corner of the hot tub...
