FYI... this journal will be disappearing temporarily beginning this afternoon through Wednesday morning, in solidarity with the breastfeeding icon-censorship protest.
Apparently the LJ Abuse Team decided that showing nipple on *any* userpic in a public post violates terms, and have gone after people who have breast-feeding userpics that show nipple. People have found this silly, and are protesting it. That's the short story -- there have been a lot of posts about it in various communities.

Not quite, it's default userpics. You're free to have as much nipple as you want showing in a non-default icons and there's nothing to stop you from choosing to use that icon on every single post you ever make; it's just can't be used as the default, which shows up in places other than on your posts.
