long, but productive

jayA 16-hour day, a bit long but productive... up at 5am EDT in Cleveland, only 4 hours of sleep, then off to the airport, flew home via Memphis on Northwest, thought about geekchick and dawnd while there. On the planes, I drafted an outline for a paper (due in a week) and wrote the first page or two.
At home in California by noon PDT... got lunch, borrowedtenacious_snail's car (mine is still in the shop, with the ongoing mysterious fuel injection problem) and went to work, met with JL (whose project has evaporated, but he has another I'm mixed about), and then went to the highbay and operated a crane and helped reassemble the DAME drill in time for tomorrow's show-and-tell. My hands smell like WD40 now, but I'm ready for tomorrow. Now off to the gym, and then home.
