Lack of NYE socialness...

It's ironic... this year, we're back from San Diego, and not spending the holidays with relatives, and there's nothing going on on New Year's Eve. At least nothing I'm invited to explicitly, per se... friends have told me that I can go crash cortneyofeden's party anyway. Our church isn't doing their annual NYE party this year... and patgreene isn't feeling well... so I have no plans. Which feels wrong, somehow... feh. I should have organized something myself.

Glad you got out anyway, and found you were welcome. I myself was feeling sad at not having any NYE invitations (even though I wasn't feeling well and so wouldn't have gone anyway), then a friend called and invited me out. I declined, but it was nice to be thought of.
