Skating along...

Last night's skating was a good workout... two new maneuvers. I managed one-foot spins without falling down. :) And a jump combination! A waltz jump, followed by a newly-learned toe loop jump. Spirals and new ice dance patterns were fun, too.

I have a sick kid at home (Kevin), and am otherwise trying to finish a proposal for a summer drilling test at JPL. And managed to join up with grynz for BBQ at lunch, a cuisine that I can't enjoy with most of the people with whom I have lunch. ;-)

Oooh, yes... up here, I have lots of vegetarian friends and sweeties, and co-workers who prefer Asian food. Maybe if I'm passing through headed to LA, or the next time you guys are visiting up here? The place that grynz and I went was actually in San Leandro...
