Monday morning

Part of me dreads going in to work today, if only because of the likely body language and expressions of my colleagues. A collective body-blow... and lots of discussion on causes. At the same time, I really want to get engaged again, to propose some ideas in vehicle health management and get on the phone with Huntsville and push for a restructuring. And try to set a good example.

Off to the shower...

GO Team!
Take some hugs with you.
I know it takes a lot of courage to go to your job today.

Thanks. There are flowers and wreaths and posters that random members of the public have left this morning outside of the main gate. I'm grateful for the solidarity, but I really hope that we never have to see it again. I can only imagine what it must be like at JSC this morning... they've pulled out of our routine telecons today.

I hope your day goes as well as possible. Together, you can get on with the healing and growing process. The best and the worst thing about tragedies is that life keeps on going after the event.

Life kept going on... one good thing about today being *so* busy is that I didn't have time to dwell on Saturday's accident.
