Before I posted my "blunt truth" meme-survey link Friday night, I considered what I thought the answers would be/should have been. I was close in a few areas (trust, intelligence, bossiness) but far off in others (my driving prowess). Apparently other people, at least the 20-odd that answered, think I'm more fun to have around than I do... Below the cut is what I thought, vs. the average response (I got no individual scores, and I don't know the scatter).

I am highly amused at your current music.

And I have a feeling that, between us, [livejournal.com profile] geekchick and I really skewed your "Am I a good driver?" result. : >

Apparently, other people ... think I'm more fun to have around than I do...

And after all, you're probably one of the worst placed people to objectively judge on that one :-)

(Likewise with the driving thing, of course!)

(smile) I suppose... although since I posted the table above, three more unknown people have responded and the "fun to be with" average has now dropped a full point, closer to my original guess. As well similar declines on the "kissable" and "bossy" questions...

Now, you should know enough about data collection, not to try and draw conclusions whilst the data are still coming in. Let it be for a few days, pick an arbitrary close date...

So, theoretically speaking, they don't tell you the total number of people taking your survey? If for example, one person only answers a few questions?

Because if several people do that, except on different questions you'll have an interesting Nth nonexistant person!

The table's fourth column is the number of people answering a given question. The website also lists the total number of respondents.

I answered your servey. It was fun. I thought it was a creative way to view ones self. Or maybe see what Id want to change about my self if anything. Take the results for what they are peoples truth.

I don't doubt the sincerity of the results, other than the inevitable skewing due to self-selection (i.e., my friends are more likely to respond than those who dislike me). Thanks for answering it!
