Happy Easter

To everyone out there who likewise celebrates it in whatever fashion,and good wishes to everyone else. Thanks to patgreene for a lovely, um, wake-up call (grin).

I was up until 3am mopping floors and hiding candy... the kids have now had their run, retrieving it again, and are now busily getting sugared before we go to a 9am family service at our church. I need to clip a rose from our yard to bring. The front hedge roses are now in full blossom, and a couple of purple irises along them.

Today I plan to cook a large meal (ham, casseroled macaroni and cheese, strawberries over angel-food cake) followed by a nap :-).
