Some personal progress
Nov. 6th, 2003 12:06 amI'm ten pounds lighter than when I returned from Spain, 19 days ago. That's only one pound heavier than my maintenance weight from the previous year. Some of the loss must have been retained water, but I've been stringent about diet (despite Halloween candy ;) and getting exercise. Except for today, because I've got a strained back. Muscle tone is still not recovered, though... I need more weight training and crunches ;-).

Date: 2003-11-06 11:16 pm (UTC)Lunches, a couple of dinners, reduced to <2K calories/day overall... heh. If only ;-). I'll be lucky to stay at this level if I don't get improvement from my back soon, as it is preventing me from biking or jogging.
