Saturday afternoon bliss

After our old gas-powered mower was stolen (!), it was finally necessary to buy a new mower. Instead of a traditional grass-shredding implement, I decided to try a cordless electric mower instead. I'm really pleased with this tool... it doesn't stink or belch fumes, is nonpolluting, is much quieter (no more temporary hearing loss after mowing), easier to maneuver, and it cuts grass at least as well as the old mower. And it stores more than enough charge to cut my yard in one session.

It could probably slice bread, too, if I turned it on its side and was *veerry* careful... ;-)

Now I need to clean up before going to a 3-person birthday party tonight.
