necessary, but not fun

I had a fun time last night... tenacious_snail and I went to see the A's defeat the Royals, 4-0. Today... has been very domestic. Repairing the kids' bikes, cleaning the kitchen, tidying part of the garage, folding and putting away laundry. Both because we'll have a guest tomorrow night, and because we need to catch up with the deferred housework that patgreene would have done, but couldn't due to her knee injury. As well as my need to pack for Spain.

So, a rather dull and quiet Saturday night, here... I hope that geekchick and dawnd are enjoying their respective trips. Laundry is done, but it is too late here to go out... must think of something useful to occupy me besides inane self-referential LJ entries...
