Dreading today...

I'm completely unprepared for teaching a class of 5th-graders in an hour... no lesson plan, I'm just going to have to wing it on plate tectonics and crustal evolution and morphology. Grab a bag of rock specimens and some fossils...

Otherwise, things since Spain have shaped up as a long slog to get me to next Friday, when I go to Japan. I don't know what I'll do after I'm back from that trip.

No invitations received or plans made around Halloween, other than taking the kids out for trick-or-treat. That date, by the way, will mark 25 years since patgreene and I began dating (10/31/80)...

Ah, thanks... the craft day is possible (although I generally refrain from specifically pagan holiday observations, since that's not my flavor) especially if A. will be there (and hence agitation by James ;).
